- 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst – Data Analyst in Banking domain
- Strong Knowledge – Business Analyst + Basic Knowledge – SQL
- Good exposure in Process Improvement & Project Management
- Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Banking Domain
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Excellent documentation skills BRD, FRD and Use Cases is a must.
- Experience in automation tools Agile
- Proven skills on fundamental analytical and conceptual problem-solving
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent hands-on experience in SQL & doing data mapping is a must
- Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities, like understanding BRD, FRD writing and Managing E2E implementation.
- Strong Communication and excellent Stakeholder management Skills
