- The organization’s AnyPoint platform strategy best practices, guidelines, and standards.
- Three (3) or more years in administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Platform.
- Five (5) or more years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications in a significant
engineering or administrative role. - Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics based with MuleSoft API manager
- Support for API office includes, SLAs, Availability, Incident, Change & Problem Management.
- Maintenance (Patching), optimize performance and CI/CD Pipeline related issues
- Proactive monitoring and streamline/tweak existing alerts
- Platform certificate renewal (on-prem, AKS) across the environment.
- Hands on experience with Mule v4.0+ and RTF
- On-prem MuleSoft and RTF Upgrade across different environments
- Document and maintain the operational runbook
- Vendor co-ordination for product support tickets
- Participate in DR testing/activity, performance testing and load testing
- Additional experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
- Strong problem solving, debugging and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire service development lifecycle with the right
mix of monitoring, alerting and Tracing. - Working experience in agile environment.
- Proven knowledge of API security standards, including but not limited to oAUth2.0/OpenID
Connect - Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing and tuning parameters on
multiple engagements - Experience working on MuleSoft for Orchestration and Integration.
- Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- MuleSoft certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of integration design patterns for building middleware systems from ground up
including, security models, encryption, transformations, error handling, logging, ad testing
frameworks.
